Regular people get one huge W against Wall St Brokers/Criminals in the entire history of the stock exchange and now the politicians & mainstream media are trying to treat the regular people like criminals because they outsmarted wall st. one time.

Putting some of that stock profit INTO the company as well. It's an important aspect of it.

  • Billionaires who "hold onto their money just to have it" do not exist. Keep in mind that every yacht purchased, every vacation, every investment, that is labor that benefits companies starting from a yact dealership, to a lumbermill, to a plastics factory, to the vendor company who provides snacks for the machine at said factory, to the truck driver who delivers for that vending company. They invest money in companies who also use those resources for expansion, and expansion = more jobs. You need to learn more about how economics actually works before commenting on things you do not understand. You sound like AOC for Christ's sake. THINK about that for a minute!

  • This is wholesome. But imagine if Corporate, rich-greed has become so rotten that those rich-pigs upstairs see this, get angry, and start sending their hounds to these places to take all these gifts so they can sell and regain their lost profits. I know that's just a terrible joke. But 2020, 2021 has been nothing but annoyances and terrible misfortune. Wouldn't be surprised if at some point those piggies will try to pull a stunt like this, without the Media recording it either. Since they can just pay them off with that dirty money. But on a serious note, good on them for giving something like that to society, especially during this pandemic.

  • I am not defending rich people but... Somethings needs tons of money to be made and the only way to do that is investing money to make more money. A lot of jobs happens because of rich people. They are not fair 100% but not all of them are pure evil. For example this donation is beautiful and will make a lot of kids happy and smile but if everyone does that, everyone will be poor. Not saying the 1% of the 1% is something that should exist, just saying the system we live now depends on unbalance but that does not means it can´t be more balanced, because right now it is way to unbalanced. And liking or not... we all live better lives from 50 years ago for example, even the poor.. not the extremely poor for sure and this has to change. We are getting better... each day, step by step... I wish it was faster but... well, it is what it is. We can do small donations to make a better day today and this is beautiful and should exist but won´t be sustainable in a long term, so we also need to play the game and build ourselves better things to solve the problems we have now. Not all rich people are bad, some are building something and will be helpful.

  • THOSE HATEFUL BASTARDS ....any wonder the media hates them. I bet they give socks, gloves, and hot soup to their local homeless next.... For as much crap as we gamer people tend to give Gamestop for their various follies over the years, I'm kinda loving the idea of people using their gains to shop at their local Gamestops, helping them generate some unexpected cashflow to help stave off the inevitable for a little while longer, maybe even long enough to innovate their way out of the corner.

They took from the rich and gave to the poor, all the while I guarantee everyone on Wallstreet are just coming undone more and more seeing this but then again they're probably laughing thinking these people are dumb because they can't even comprehend it. The people are standing up finally and putting these elites in their place and I hope it doesn't stop. I wish I had the money to join in and stick it to Wallstreet by giving to those who need it. Seeing situations like this really do help restore my faith in humanity. Lead by example, don't follow the crowd.

And it is done by tax evasion, keeping their assets in company names instead of their own, exploiting the 80% of the global population who only owns 20% of the world's resources etc. And what do these 20% of the people do with their wealth?
